Which Nigerian Governor Is This?

If you are from Kogi State and you are not able to identify your own Executive Governor, then you deserve to give yourself a knock ;) Shown in the picture is the current Executive Governor of Kogi State, CAPTAIN IDRIS WADA. 
 He is a brother-in-law to the former governor, Ibrahim Idris Adejo. Take a look at the transformation ;) In the picture above, he is shown as a cadet at the Federal Government College, Sokoto. (Courtesy: Lowdownscroll.com)
