Man With 45kg Scrotum Refuses $1 Million Surgery Because It Made Him Popular

A man in Las Vegas, Nevada is carrying around a scrotum that weighs an incredible 45-kg (100 pounds) as a  result of a rare medical condition. Surprisingly, he has refused surgery to remove the superbaggy load. The surgery is worth $1 million but he has turned it down because it has made him popular. Even a second doctor offered to give him a discount on the cost but he still turned it down, preferring to carry the bags (abi na watermelons) around. 

He has now signed up a contract with documentary makers. However, Wesley Warren has complained that carrying the deformed genitals around. He said it has caused him depression and complications seriously affecting. While going out, he has to wear a hooded shirt on his legs so as to hide the mountainous bulge. His private part is quite deeply embedded that he urinates on his body. 

He has said that all that he wants is to urinate like a normal man and strike up a romantic relationship with a lady. He is 47 years. He fears the surgery, and is mortally afraid of dying on the table.

He suffers from what is called scrotal elephantiasis but the condition is much more common in nations of Africa and Southeast Asia, which is caused by parasites, and is not really that common in the Western world. 

  However, doctors have stated that fluid is accumulating in his scrotum and the extra tissue and after that, the whole structure has to be rebuilt again.

 But, the doctors has said that his private organ and the testicles may have to be cut off if the bleeding cannot be controlled.
