Jerry Jack Makes A First Class

Nigeria is a messed up system and there is no doubt about that, especially when you look at certain aspects, such as the government, the economy and the dysfunctional educational system. But the interesting thing is that Nigerians outside the country are making waves, thus showing that with the right tools and environment, we can conquer the Universe. 


Ladies and gentlemen, here is GERALD EZEKWEM, aka Jerry Jack who finished Mechatronics from the Lancaster University, United Kingdom on the 18th of July, 2012.  An old student of Evangel Secondary School, Mr. Ezekwem's feat is no doubt one to be celebrated. I hope the Nigerian education minister is reading this blog post sha.

Lancaster University is a research-intensive institution is one of the very best in the world. The Visitor to the school is Her Majesty, the Queen of England. By the way, mechatronics is defined as combination of Mechanical engineering, Electronic engineering, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Control engineering, and Systems Design engineering in order to design and manufacture useful products (WIKI). Now, that is spectacular!.
