Mrs. Josephine Okoye is dead. She is the mother of Nigeria's sensational musical duo, Peter and Paul Okoye, widely known as PSquare. She died on the night of Wednesday, July 11th, 2012.
Reportedly ill for a while, she was initially treated at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos before she was flown to India for further treatment. The illness remains undisclosed.
Before her death, Mrs. Josephine Okoye was the greatest pillar of support for her twins and her support went a long way in boosting their astronomical rise to stardom. May her gentle soul rest in peace and PSquare be granted the fortitude to bear the great loss. Thousands of fans have taken to the social media to express their heart-felt condolences. #Sad#
